How to provide us feedback

We appreciate all the feedback our customers give us and we have made it simple for you to do so. There are three ways to provide feedback.

1) Uservoice

The best way to submit a feedback is right here on our help articles page. Just press on "Post a new idea". From here, other customers can vote on your idea. Our development team can also provide you feedback on whether we will be able to implement the idea you may have.

2) CellSmart POS
You are also able to submit your feedback to our development team from within the software by pressing on "CellSmart POS"


Enter your name and email, along with your feedback. Allow 1-2 days to receive confirmation from our developmenet team.

3) Contact Us
You can always give us a call at 347-391-2600 or chat with us from within the software to provide us with any feedback you may have.
